ImageRights International, an Internet-based services company, helps locate and identify image use on the internet. Imagerights provides a low-cost, easy to use solution designed to help protect the copyrights of photographers, image libraries and publishers. ImageRights is applying visual search and image recognition technology to discover the use of photographs and illustrations across the Internet, empowering rights holders to reduce illegal image use and ultimately recover fees for the unlicensed use of their works.
Joe G. Naylor
Co-Founder, President & CEO
Joe Naylor has more than 15 years experience in the design, development, operations, sales, and marketing of communications and internet-based services. Joe has served leadership positions in several technology companies, including eFax.com, j2 Global Communications, and WebMessenger, where he was active in capital raising and M&A activities, including three successful acquisitions and one management buy-out. In 2008, Joe was president of WebMessenger, a provider of mobile instant messaging services where they grew the registered user base to more than 400,000 over a 12-month period from 2008-2009. In 1999, Joe was a member of the management team that launched the eFax Internet fax service and he specifically led the launch the eFax Corporate service in 2000. Over the next four years, the eFax customer base grew from zero to more than 8 million users. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in January 2009.
Ted VanCleave

Ted VanCleave has more than 25 years experience in marketing, business development, business startups & small business ownership. In addition, Ted is a national award winning artist and professional fine art photographer. In 1997 he researched, wrote and developed an award winning entertainment web site that grew from zero to 44 million visits and is used as a teaching tool by museums, NASA and schools worldwide. His site has 30,000+ web sites linked to it including The Discovery Channel, NASA, MENSA, USA Today, The Village Voice, Business Week and Voice of America. Ted has been a guest on The Today Show, ABC World News, The Rosie O'Donnell Show and was profiled on CNN. His book Totally Absurd Inventions; America's Goofiest Patents is available in paperback (Andrews McMeel Publishing) in English and Japanese.
Maria Kessler
SVP of Business Development
Maria Kessler is an industry veteran with a background in content licensing and business development, and President of Picture Archive Council of America (PACA). Kessler began her professional career in licensing at the National Basketball Association where she worked on a number of licensed consumer products (from T-shirts to basketball cards and home furnishings), and a number of interactive and online projects including the launch of NBA.com. Her image experience includes launching FPG.com at FPG International, and then developing the content relationships and content offering for Dynamic Graphics, Inc. Most recently at Jupiterimages, Maria ran the worldwide content creation, acquisition and affiliation division. She also worked at Digitas, an interactive agency. Kessler is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Visual and Performing Arts and she has a JD from St. John's University School of Law. She is a past Secretary and Vice President on the PACA Executive Board.
George Zarcilla
SVP, Customer Operations
George Zarcilla is an operations expert with 25 years experience in product management, operations, sales, and customer service. During his career, George has built world-class customer operations from the ground up for Murata Business Systems, Relisys, eFax.com, Kodak (formally) Ofoto, and Xoom, all leaders in their markets. George was also the key Product Manager for the first PC to Fax Machine integrations supporting DOS, Windows, and MacOS which were reviewed in PC Magazine and MacUser Magazine. George was a part of two successful exits at eFax.com and Ofoto.
